I joined Fin 3 years ago, when the team was just 10 people, and since then I’ve witnessed incredibly rapid growth - not only of the team, which has grown from 10 to 70 people, but also of the company itself and its transformation into an AI company. Watching small AI features and products evolve into major drivers of revenue has been incredible. This constantly changing and growing environment creates a great opportunity to try different things while staying within the same company.

Personally, I’ve had the chance to work across many different teams and projects, starting with purely product-related and customer-facing features and moving into applied research and, sometimes, more fundamental research initiatives.

Another great part of being on the Fin team is the people around you. Both formal and informal knowledge sharing happens naturally within the team - whether through dedicated sessions or simply by chatting with someone about a recently published frontier model over a cup of coffee. It’s great to be part of a team that’s so eager to keep up with the rapidly changing AI landscape.
