Vacancy: Senior Product Designer Company: Lagrange Labs Salary Range: 6,500 – 9,000 USD Terms: Full-time, Remote
Responsibilities: — Designing complex user experiences (UX) and interfaces (UI) for B2B Web3 products, dashboards, and data explorers. — Developing and scaling a unified design system for all products within the Lagrange ecosystem. — Conducting UX research, analyzing user (developer) behavior, and testing prototypes. — Close collaboration with product managers and engineers to ensure quality of interface implementation. — Simplifying complex technical concepts (ZK-Proofs, cross-chain interactions) into intuitive visual solutions. — Building design processes within the team and mentoring junior specialists.
Requirements: — 5+ years of experience in product design (UX/UI). — Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing complex SaaS, B2B, FinTech, or Web3 interfaces. — Expert proficiency in Figma (Auto Layout, complex components, variables, prototyping). — Experience in creating, maintaining, and evolving design systems. — Understanding of the principles of blockchain applications, wallets, and decentralized services. — Skills in working with analytics and making data-driven design decisions. — English language: Upper-Intermediate (for presenting decisions to an international team).
Nice to have: — Basic understanding of HTML/CSS and frontend development limitations. — Experience creating micro-interactions and animations (Principle, After Effects, Lottie). — Deep dive into the DeFi segment and specifics of ZK technologies.
