Extyl is a company with a 17-year history. We started with custom Bitrix web development and have now moved to a retainer model. Retainer has taken the best from product and custom development: an employee can change projects or even their tech stack if they experience burnout or desire something new. System Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Interviewing key client employees to gather requirements for the web system being developed (websites, corporate portals, business processes, services);
- Conducting in-depth business analysis: understanding the client's ultimate goal, the value of the functionality for the client, finding the most suitable solution, analyzing alternatives;
- Creating interface prototypes (detailed, with attention to detail, all functions, and usage scenarios);
- Writing technical specifications (TS) for web system development based on agreed business requirements;
- Writing specific technical specifications (STS) when working on large technical support projects;
- Forming project development queue schemes according to the dependencies of functional blocks on each other;
- Maintaining the up-to-dateness of project documentation in case of changes, change control.
Qualifications:
- 1.5-2 years of experience as a Business and System Analyst (project manager experience also considered) in the IT field;
- Subject matter knowledge;
- Ability to translate the client's language into a programmer's language, formulate requirements clearly and comprehensively;
- Ability to establish communication and find common ground with the client;
- Understanding of the web system development process and stages (public websites, corporate portals, services);
- Knowledge of what an API is, its applications, and understanding the difference between SOAP and REST;
- Experience with MS Visio, knowledge of BPMN notation;
- Experience with Figma (not critical, we will teach);
- Expert proficiency in MS Word and MS Excel;
- Deep knowledge of the 1C-Bitrix: Site Management and 1C-Bitrix24: Corporate Portal platforms;
- Understanding of development specifics in PHP frameworks (Laravel, Symfony, etc.).
PHP Developer (Bitrix)
Responsibilities:
- Write code using the D7 core (where there are no alternatives, use the old core);
- Adhere to PSR;
- Be ready for teamwork with other company departments.
Qualifications:
- 2+ years of experience;
- Knowledge of 1C-Bitrix: Site Management, 1C-Bitrix24: Online Store + CRM, Bitrix24 (modules, components, integrations);
- Understand and apply OOP;
- Proficient in MySQL;
- Understand and be able to use JS;
- Experience with Git;
- Knowledge of API;
- Experience with web services (REST, SOAP), integration with external systems, with the D7 core;
- Ability to understand someone else's code;
- Examples of successfully completed projects are welcome.
1C Analyst
Responsibilities:
- Conduct interviews with functional clients;
- Analyze client's business requirements and map them to standard functionality;
- Prepare and describe technical specifications (TS) and specific technical specifications (STS) for system configurations and enhancements;
- Configure programs according to TS tasks;
- Write user instructions/train people;
- Assign tasks to programmers for enhancements and test the results;
- Process and structure information.
Qualifications:
- Experience in large projects;
- Experience communicating with government clients (a plus);
- Ability to assign tasks to programmers, control their execution;
- Knowledge of HTTP, web services - for TS;
- Ability to process and structure large volumes of data;
- Ability to ask the right questions;
- Knowledge of regulatory and accounting in ERP (mandatory);
- Knowledge of tender procurement in UH / ERP + UH;
- Knowledge of operational accounting in 1C ERP/KA/UT;
- Knowledge of 1C BP;
Project Manager
Responsibilities:
- Work with clients (no sales);
- Manage large post-production projects (project development after completion);
- Manage 3-5 projects of varying complexity and scope;
- Manage a project team, plan task execution;
- Control budgets and deadlines;
- Provide reporting (not reports for the sake of reports, but concise and to the point).
Qualifications:
- Project management: budget, deadlines, resources, expectations;
- Be responsible. If you promised something, either fulfill it or explain why it couldn't be done;
- Independence: you can assign a task and forget about it. Meet deadlines without reminders. Do not make careless mistakes. See the big picture, dive into details. Speak and write well in Russian. Format results neatly;
- Ability to build teamwork – assign tasks and request results while maintaining a good atmosphere;
- Experience with Bitrix, as well as its integrations (with 1C, third-party APIs, etc.) – highly desirable, but not mandatory;
- Experience in a studio, agency, integrator, or large company as a plus.
1C Architect
Qualifications:
- More than 3 years of experience as a functional architect / lead analyst;
- Knowledge of the architecture and functional capabilities of "1C" firm's solutions (1C:ERP, 1C:Holding Management, 1C:ERP Holding Management, 1C:Accounting, etc.);
- High communication skills. Willingness to defend solutions to the Client;
- 5+ years of experience in the 1C field;
- Deep theoretical knowledge of accounting and tax accounting.
Moscow or possibility to travel on business trips 1-2 times a month for 3-4 days.
Responsibilities:

Architect for regulatory accounting
Experience implementing regulatory accounting in a large company
- Define and agree with the client on the optimal implementation of requirements in the system;
- Assist in resolving methodological issues related to accounting and tax accounting;
- Assess the effort for assigned tasks;
- Assign tasks to consultants and developers, monitor the results of their work;
- Design and describe test scenarios;
- Escalate changes in scope and requirements, risks, and problems to the project manager for staff.
1C Programmer
Qualifications:
- 1C developer experience of 3+ years; 1C "Specialist" certificate will be an advantage;
- Ability to estimate deadlines and complexity based on TS;
- Experience in developing HTTP exchanges;
- Experience in modifying the management chart of accounts;
- Ability to work in a team of programmers.
