🚀 DBA & Data Engineer | Israel, Cyprus or Poland We’re looking for an experienced DBA & Data Engineer to join a growing technology team and take ownership of MongoDB, SQL Server, and PostgreSQL environments while helping build and maintain data pipelines. 📍 Israel, Cyprus or Poland | Hybrid ( no relocation support) 💰 Competitive salary + annual performance bonus

What you'll do: • Manage and optimize MongoDB databases (Atlas & On-Prem) • Maintain SQL Server and PostgreSQL environments • Monitor database performance, security, and reliability • Design and maintain data pipelines using Airflow • Support backup, recovery, HA/DR, and scalability initiatives • Collaborate with software engineers on database design and optimization • Work with AWS-based infrastructure • Participate in the on-call rotation

Requirements: • 4+ years of experience across databases and data platforms • 2+ years of DBA experience (MongoDB) • Practical Data Engineering experience (Airflow preferred) • AWS experience • Advanced T-SQL skills • Strong knowledge of database security, backup, and recovery • Experience with Git and code management workflows • Fluent English
