RELOCATION TO POLAND | CD PROJECT RED
Location: Warsaw, Poland; office-first, full-time from the Warsaw office. Relocation support is available, including legalisation assistance and Polish lessons.
Salary: 29,900–41,030 PLN gross monthly, with potential eligibility for a long-term stock incentive program.

What you will do
- Build and lead the QA Engineering function, initially supporting Witcher 4 and later providing reusable solutions for Cyberpunk 2, Sirius, and future projects.
- Define and execute the QA Engineering strategy across multiple projects and studio-wide initiatives.
- Oversee automation frameworks, tools, diagnostics, functional tests, build validation, stability checks, and performance checks.
- Integrate testing frameworks and tools into CI/CD pipelines in partnership with Engineering, DevOps, and Production.
- Establish QA Engineering metrics, manage risks and dependencies, and drive improvements in testability, observability, and development efficiency.
- Mentor QA Engineers, support career development, allocate resources, and communicate roadmaps and results to stakeholders.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar engineering leadership or management role in the games or software industry, ideally on large-scale or AAA projects.
- Strong engineering background in tools, automation, infrastructure, engine, backend, or systems programming, with the ability to review code, designs, and architecture.
- Experience developing or overseeing automated test frameworks, including experience with Unreal Engine and its tools, frameworks, and processes.
- Solid understanding of CI/CD pipelines, build farms, automated deployments, and test integration into development workflows.
