Vacancy Product Manager l Finance / Treasury, Remote (Worldwide), working at Kanzum
Kanzum is an international B2B financial platform and fintech company designed for cross-border payments and business currency management.
We are currently developing the financial layer of our product: Ledger, payment flows, Treasury, and operational automation. We are looking for a Middle Product Manager to work with these processes alongside Finance and Engineering.
Responsibilities
Treasury / Banking Operations
- Identify processes that currently require manual work and automate them.
- Develop and improve product flows in collaboration with Finance and Engineering.
- Develop Treasury and tools for managing liquidity and money movement.
- Work with Ledger, postings, and infrastructure between banks and providers.
- Analyze data, investigate issues, and independently find causes and solutions.
- Optimize payment flows and Treasury processes.
- Utilize AI for analysis, monitoring, and automation of routine decisions.
- Independently manage tasks — from analyzing a problem and formulating a solution to setting tasks for the team and launching.
Requirements
- Product Manager experience of 3+ years in fintech, payments, banking, accounting SaaS, marketplaces, e-commerce, or complex products.
- Ability to work with AI tools for analysis, research, and problem-solving.
- Proven experience in process automation based on analytics.
- Understanding of banking transactions, postings, Ledger, or similar financial processes will be a significant plus.
- Basic SQL and understanding of database structures.
