What we're looking for

• Confident knowledge of Adobe (Premiere Pro, After Effects), DaVinci Resolve, CapCut, and the ability to edit short-form videos quickly and to a high standard.
• A strong understanding of how attention works in short-form video, a good sense of rhythm, and the ability to work with retention, pacing, dynamics, and storytelling.
• Confident knowledge of basic motion design is a must: animating text, graphics, transitions, and simple visual effects is an essential part of the day-to-day work on video content.
• Understanding of Figma and the ability to work with an existing design system and prepared templates, accurately translating designs into motion without compromising quality.
• The ability to develop a brand’s visual language through animation, transitions, and new approaches to content presentation.
• Independence in planning your work: the ability to request the necessary materials in advance, account for dependencies, and realistically estimate timelines.
• The ability to take full ownership of a task — from idea to final execution — with minimal support from the team.
• A proactive mindset and willingness to suggest new formats, techniques, and solutions that improve content quality and strengthen the brand.

Content plan

Planned output — up to 35 videos per month for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and Ads. Approximate breakdown by type:

• Organic content (Reels) — ~12
• Organic content (TikTok) — ~12
• Advertising creatives (Ads) or reactive / trend-driven content — ~11 (depending on the goals for the month).

The breakdown is approximate. Reactive content may be included in either organic or advertising content depending on current priorities.

Who you are

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t simply follow a brief, but can suggest the best way to approach a task and make a video stronger. This role involves a lot of work at the intersection of SMM and Design: you’ll experiment with different formats, work with motion, and collaborate with the team to develop the brand’s visual language. You can organize your work independently, anticipate dependencies and required materials, take ownership of the entire process — from idea to final execution — and proactively suggest solutions that improve content quality and strengthen the brand.
