🔥** Senior PHP Developer (High-load / TDS Platform)**

📍Remote | Full-time (gmt+2)

We are looking for a mature engineer for a global mobile services affiliate program. Our internal TDS system processes over 1 billion clicks per month, spending only 5–8 milliseconds per click. This is not a ground-up development. You will work with a large codebase of a monolith (legacy code, background processes), build a mental model of the system, and make changes safely.

🛠 What you will do: -Analyze unfamiliar parts of the codebase (Yii2 MVC panel, TDS logic, console daemons). -Design new modules: automatic smartlink split testing, fraud checker, CPM optimization. -Optimize high-load components (caching, queues, deferred writes to ClickHouse). -Develop REST / GraphQL API and postback endpoints. -Assess the impact of changes on migrations, replications, cache, and race conditions. -Write tests (Codeception/PHPUnit), conduct code reviews, and resolve production incidents.

💻 Must-have: -4+ years of proven backend development experience. -Excellent knowledge of PHP 7.4 / 8.x and a deep understanding of the Yii2 framework. -Experience with MySQL under load (InnoDB, partitioning, master-replica replication). -Experience with Redis (caching, task queues). -Experience with ClickHouse (VersionedCollapsingMergeTree engines, aggregates, TTL optimization). -Tuning skills for Nginx + PHP-FPM stack, confident Linux command-line usage (SSH, systemd, cron). -Experience with Docker / docker-compose and Git flow. -Practical experience integrating AI tools (ChatGPT/Claude) into development processes.

➕ Nice-to-have: -Understanding of the traffic arbitrage market specifics, CPA network structure, or e-commerce analytics. -Experience setting up HAProxy, Supervisor, Prometheus/Grafana, Loki. -Familiarity with GeoIP databases (MaxMind) and fraud detection system architecture.
