Telegram Content Manager (AI + Crypto Media, part-time) Needed

We are a small team developing Telegram recruiter contact about AI and crypto.

We are looking for someone to help keep content in order: work with the team, package raw material into strong posts, improve the structure and presentation of materials, monitor publication regularity and channel quality.

This is not a classic copywriter vacancy of "just writing texts." We need someone who understands the Telegram recruiter contact, can edit, enhance materials, and organize content into a clear system.

▪️Tasks: ▫️Manage a Telegram channel about AI + crypto. ▫️Work with the team and source materials. ▫️Edit and package posts. ▫️Enhance headlines, hooks, and structure. ▫️Occasionally write materials from scratch. ▫️Independently find some topics. ▫️Maintain a content plan and statuses. ▫️Monitor deadlines and regularity. ▫️Synchronize with the team on content. ▫️Suggest improvements on topics and formats. ▫️Use AI tools consciously. ▫️Fact-check and verify material quality.

▪️Requirements: ▫️Experience working with Telegram recruiter contact. ▫️Experience in content, editing, or media. ▫️Solid understanding of crypto/Web3. ▫️Working knowledge of AI tools. ▫️Interest in AI, crypto, and media. ▫️Ability to write clearly and structurally. ▫️Ability to edit without losing meaning. ▫️Understanding of Telegram recruiter contact and presentation. ▫️Ability to distinguish strong topics from noise. ▫️Discipline and adherence to deadlines. ▫️Ability to work with a content plan. ▫️Independence and reasonable pace. ▫️Adequate response to edits. ▫️English for sources and research.
