Looking for a Community Manager in international trading company to help build and grow its Arabic speaking community.

💼 What you’ll do: — Communicate with users in Arabic and English across Telegram, Facebook, Discord, and WhatsApp. — Provide first-line user support and moderate chats. — Create engaging content and organize online activities. — Monitor community feedback and sentiment. — Work closely with Product and Support teams to resolve user issues.

🔎 What we’re looking for: — At least 1 year of experience in Community Management, Customer Support, or a similar role. — Fluent written Arabic and English or Russian (B2+). — Confident use of Telegram, Facebook, Discord, and WhatsApp. — Strong communication skills and a professional, friendly approach. — Willingness to learn the basics of trading and financial markets. Experience in FinTech, trading, iGaming, or crypto is a plus, but not required.

✨ Nice to have: — Experience with Arabic-speaking or international communities. — Content creation skills. — Experience hosting live online sessions. — Understanding of Arabic-speaking cultures.
