Requirements: What's important: we need not just a manager, but a hands-on Team Lead who can lead the team, make architectural decisions, and dive into the code themselves when necessary. Stack: Node.js, TypeScript, React.js, GraphQL, tRPC, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Docker, Kubernetes, GitHub, Linear, Slack, Cursor. 8+ years of commercial experience with Node.js. Confident TypeScript. React experience. Team lead experience of 3+ years. Excellent understanding of SQL and NoSQL. Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, large databases. Confident Docker. Understanding of Kubernetes, stateless architecture, and deployment to a cluster. Experience in building development processes and working with product teams. Higher technical education.
