We are looking for a Middle / Senior Azure Blade Provisioning SDE to join a managed-service team building and operating large-scale datacenter edge infrastructure and bare-metal server fleets. The role builds provisioning services for enterprise edge servers and owns secure, reliable fleet onboarding and production operations.
Requirements:
- Go development;
- Azure and Kubernetes cloud-native stack: Docker, containers, Kubernetes, Helm, AKS, Service Bus, and Key Vault;
- Linux/Unix environments, computer architecture, and enterprise hardware concepts;
- Live production-service diagnosis, troubleshooting, and mitigation;
- Secure coding, application security, and threat-aware engineering.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain blade-compute provisioning services;
- Operate Azure and Kubernetes-based provisioning workflows;
- Troubleshoot fleet onboarding and production-service incidents;
- Improve automation, diagnostics, and service reliability;
- Collaborate on security and compliance requirements.
Nice to Have:
- ARM templates, Bicep, scripting, and CI/CD deployment automation;
- Host attestation, compute firewall management, or platform security;
- Anomaly detection, alerting, and automated incident triage;
- Azure security posture, identity management, and compliance tools.
Working Conditions:
- Work model: Remote;
- Overlap: until 10 AM PST;
- DRI rotation: starts in mid-January 2027; one-week shift every four weeks;
- DRI coverage: 8 PM-8 AM PST; regular eight working hours are scheduled within this window, with urgent incidents requiring off-hours response.
