Account Manager (Bank Transfer / P2P)

We are looking for an Account Manager with experience in payment methods / Bank Transfer / P2P to support and develop existing payment agents.

Requirements: • experience with payments, understanding of deposits, withdrawals, P2P, Bank Transfer, and card operations; • also willing to consider candidates with experience in Payment Solutions / L2 or VIP Support; • English B2, Russian B2+.

Responsibilities: • onboarding and support of agents/merchants, resolution of payment and operational issues, monitoring partner activity and performance, interaction with related teams.

Conditions: Office-based work, schedule: 5/2 according to Cyprus time zone, 8-hour workday with flexible start, minimal bureaucracy, remuneration is pegged to USDT.
