Junior Analyst

Looking for two junior analysts to join my team 👀

We are launching two projects - a credit conveyor and remote client identification. The projects are dynamic, interesting, and from the very first meetings, they come with a full set of “let’s quickly discuss” and “can we add this too?”.

I am assembling a team for them. I'm looking for two junior analysts whom I will personally mentor, review, and develop.

What you'll be doing: understanding business processes, writing user stories and use cases, drawing BPMN diagrams, setting tasks in Jira, and figuring out why one system can't properly communicate with another. In short, all the exciting stuff.

What's important to me:

you understand who an analyst is and want to grow specifically in this role you know the basics of BPMN or UML, have heard of SQL and REST API (if you've only heard of them so far, that's okay too) you can express your thoughts clearly in writing you speak Russian and Uzbek you are not afraid to ask questions and see tasks through to completion (critical)

What you'll get: real banking projects instead of training cases, a mentor who himself started not so long ago and remembers what it's like to be afraid to ask a “stupid question”, in general - full hardcore. Office in Tashkent, official employment.
