Position: AI Project Manager

About the company: An international iGaming company. We are looking for a young and energetic specialist who will help teams improve operational processes using AI.

We are looking for a project-oriented specialist who can join any department, understand the task, identify areas for optimization, select suitable AI tools, and independently bring the solution to launch.

What you will do: • Analyze processes of different teams: marketing, HR, support, sales, operational functions, etc. • Identify tasks that can be accelerated, simplified, or automated using AI. • Select the optimal set of AI tools and approaches for a specific task. • Test new models and tools and quickly implement those that yield results. • Create AI agents and automated processes, including using modern solutions like OpenClaw. • If necessary, independently build internal tools and prototypes using AI/vibe coding. • Monitor the development of the AI industry, new models, tools, and approaches, and understand where they can genuinely benefit the business.

Who we are looking for: • Practical and regular experience using AI to solve various work tasks. • Good understanding of modern LLMs and AI tools: how models differ, which model is better to use for a specific task, and their limitations. • Understanding of prompting basics and the ability to build effective AI processes. • Experience in process automation using AI will be a big plus. • Understanding of AI risks and limitations, including hallucinations and the need for result verification. • Ability to independently understand a new technology, test it, and figure out how to apply it in business. • Systems thinking: ability to break down a process into stages and understand where AI can have the maximum effect. • High initiative and orientation towards fast practical results. • Location – Cyprus or willingness to relocate.

Important: We do not need a techie/developer who will be solely focused on code and infrastructure. We need a person who understands business processes and knows how to improve operations using AI. ** It will be a big plus if you can show specific examples in your CV or cases:** — what task you solved; — what AI tools you used; — what exactly you implemented; — what result you achieved.
