Director / Head of Data Factory Programs

We are opening the position of Director / Head of Data Factory Programs at the Digital Transformation Center.

This role is not about managing tasks in Jira. It's about taking a mature but actively growing data platform and moving it forward: from migration to Vertica and implementation of Informatica MDM to Data Governance and open data.

We built the Data Factory from scratch — and now it's at the stage where it needs a strong leader internally who understands the architecture, people, and regulatory context. Someone who can be trusted with a program of dozens of initiatives — and who will lead them not because "they have to," but because they believe that data changes the quality of decisions in the financial sector.

What we are looking for:

• 5+ years in data / digital, with 2+ years in leading a team of 10+ people
• Experience with DWH, BI, MDM/DG — preferably in the financial or quasi-governmental sector
• Understanding of the stack: Vertica, Qlik Sense, Informatica, Airflow, dbt, MinIO
• PMP / CDMP / TOGAF — a plus, but not required
• Astana, fulltime
