Senior Backend Developer (Laravel, DDD)

About the project:

A large educational platform in the holistic health niche. We are transforming from an online school into a HealthTech product. We are building the backend from scratch, migrating from a legacy constructor to a Modular Monolith architecture.

Stack:

PHP 8.3+, Laravel 12, PostgreSQL (JSONB), Redis, Docker, RabbitMQ, ClickHouse, DDD, Code First.

Responsibilities:

— Development of Core functionality: participation in the creation of the core of a new LMS system — Design of a clean, versioned API for the native mobile application (SwiftUI/Kotlin) — Working with queues (RabbitMQ) and caching to ensure the system performs optimally under load

Who we are looking for:

✅ Commercial development experience of 3+ years ✅ Excellent knowledge of PHP 8+ and Laravel ✅ Confident work with databases (complex SQL queries, indexes in PostgreSQL/MySQL) ✅ Understanding of Redis (cache, sessions, queues) ✅ Bonus points for: DDD, Bounded Contexts, Hexagonal / Onion Architecture, CQRS
