Full-time job from September to May. Teaching schoolchildren aged 6–17 — in-person in mini-groups of up to 6 people in Moscow, and individually online. Need to teach up to 10 students.
This isn't about 'do you love children.' It's about whether you can explain what you can do yourself. Teaching experience is not required; the methodology and materials are ready, and new teachers are trained.
There are two tracks — please specify which one you prefer when applying.
Children under 10 · Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft
Coding experience is not necessary — a technical mindset and willingness to learn are required.
Older kids · Python, web development basics
Coding experience is required. We don't follow a script: there's a thematic plan, and you are expected to adapt to the group rather than read from a manual.
1,500 ₽ per lesson
Payment is piecework, per lesson.
Cooperation for the academic year: from September to May
Primarily weekends and the second half of the weekday — compatible with studies
In-person — mini-groups of up to 6 people, schoolchildren aged 6–17
Online — individual sessions
Ready-made methodology and materials, training for new teachers
In May — a camp in the Moscow region, where you can also work
The teacher helps the student not just to repeat existing code but to understand the logic of the solution. During the lesson, you need to calmly explain the task, ask questions, look at the student's screen, notice mistakes, and provide hints in such a way that the child arrives at the answer themselves. In groups of up to six, it's important to maintain the pace of the lesson and give attention to each student.
We provide the curriculum, materials, project examples, and support from a methodologist. We expect responsibility, punctuality, and clear communication with parents from the teacher. If you can write code, enjoy problem-solving, and are willing to learn teaching, that's enough to start. Experience working with schoolchildren will be a plus, but not mandatory: there is training and adaptation before the classes begin.
Classes are held in person at our Moscow branches or individually online. The specialization is chosen based on your experience: Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft, Python, web development, or exam preparation. You can combine this with your main job or studies if your schedule is stable.
In your application, please state which track you are most comfortable working with: Scratch, Roblox, Minecraft, or Python. Indicate your development experience, preferred format, days of the week, and district if you are considering in-person classes. After a brief introduction, we will show you the materials, discuss the schedule, and assign your first lessons.
If you are looking for a job in education and IT, please attach a brief description of your experience: what languages you know, what students you have worked with, and what projects you can show. For us, clear explanations and consistency are more important than formal diplomas. The first lessons are conducted with the team's support to help the teacher quickly master our methodology.
The schedule is discussed individually after the interview.
No, a pedagogical education is not required. Real coding experience in your chosen track (Scratch/Roblox/Minecraft or Python) and the ability to explain are more important — the school provides ready-made methodology and materials, and new teachers are onboarded before their first lessons.
After the application form and portfolio review, there's a trial lesson, followed by an interview with the manager. If everything aligns, you can start teaching within the next few weeks, without a long probation period.
Yes, the schedule is mainly on weekends and the second half of weekdays — the format is specifically designed to be combined with university studies or other employment.
We have several branches in Moscow — the specific branch or online format is discussed during the interview with the manager, considering your convenience and which direction has current group openings.
That's perfectly fine: you don't need to combine tracks. Simply indicate your track and level in the application — the school hires teachers separately for block project creation and for Python.
Applications are reviewed within a few business days — if the application and portfolio match the open positions, we invite you for a trial lesson where you demonstrate your teaching style using your own material.
Yes, the online teaching track is suitable for those living in other cities — all that's needed is a stable internet connection and the ability to conduct lessons according to the agreed schedule.

In your application, state your preferred track and what you have done in coding or teaching so far. Include a portfolio if you have one.
