Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain a realistic project roadmap • Compile and control the project's CAPEX/OPEX budget • Plan and effectively allocate human resources • Manage external suppliers and contractors • Manage inter-project dependencies • Build and maintain hybrid management processes

Requirements: • At least 3 years of experience as a Project Manager • Mandatory experience in FinTech projects with full cycle management • Experience in compiling, defending, and controlling IT project budgets • Resource planning skills for teams of 10+ people • Experience working with external suppliers and contractors • Proficient in planning tools (MS Project, Jira/Confluence, Planview, Gantt charts)
