This is a senior builder role for a Revenue Performance function - aligning strategy with execution through AI, data, and hands-on delivery rather than traditional consulting. The focus is on Revenue Operations, Go-to-Market strategy, and AI-driven solutions that eliminate silos and modernize sales processes.

You'll own the full technical execution of AI solutions across engagements, working alongside an AI Strategy Lead who defines the roadmap. Your job is to turn that into architecture, build it, and keep it running reliably - from AI-powered workflows and agents to CRM integrations, data pipelines, and production deployments.

You'll build and deploy AI-powered workflows and applications using Claude Code as a core part of your workflow, integrate CRMs (Salesforce, HubSpot), data warehouses, and communication tools, handle ETL and database work, and work across low-code tools (n8n, Make) and code (Python, JavaScript, SQL) as needed. You'll also pressure-test feasibility with the Strategy Lead and document solutions clearly enough for the team to maintain.

We're looking for:

• experience building applications, automations, workflows, or internal tools
• active, daily use of Claude Code or a comparable AI-assisted dev tool
• experience with APIs, webhooks, and system integrations beyond basic connectors
• hands-on LLM production experience - prompt engineering, API integrations, agent design
• experience hosting and deploying real web apps or services, not just local scripts
• experience with ETL, databases, or data pipelines

a plus: GTM stack experience (Salesforce, HubSpot, Gong, Outreach), RAG/vector DBs, or a background running your own consulting practice or independent product work

Format: full-time remote, 6 hours of overlap with EST.
