Responsibilities

• consult clients on all Sber products and services, including mortgages
• sell banking products and services
• train clients on how to use Sber services and products
• perform cash transactions: accepting, issuing, exchanging money
• accept and issue parcels.

Requirements

• specialist with secondary education or higher
• friendly and willing to help clients
• actively use gadgets and MS Office programs
• willing to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — we have our own courses).
