**Financial Manager ** Full-time. Office-based in Limassol, Cyprus.
Main tasks
Conducting regular financial reconciliations in accordance with established processes. Analyzing discrepancies in calculations with partners and identifying the causes of errors. Monitoring the elimination of identified inconsistencies. Maintaining control spreadsheets, registers, and financial documentation. Interacting with internal teams and external partners on settlement issues. Monitoring compliance with partner agreements and payment deadlines. Preparing and structuring financial data for further analysis.
Requirements
Experience with financial data, reporting, reconciliations, accounting, or financial analytics will be an advantage. Candidates without experience but with strong analytical skills and high attention to detail will be considered. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets. Experience with large volumes of data will be an advantage. Skills in analyzing financial discrepancies and identifying the causes of errors. Ability to structure information and work with spreadsheets.
