Device Firmware Engineer (Android / microcomputers)

We are looking for someone who already flashes devices with their own hands and understands what happens under the hood. The level is a student of a technical specialty or a junior specialist with real experience.

Tasks:

• Flashing and rooting Android: stock firmware, custom images, bootloader unlocking
• Installing and configuring our working environment on devices
• Maintaining a park of microcomputers: images, updates, diagnostics, replacement
• Device accounting and brief documentation of procedures

Requirements:

✅ Real experience flashing Android: fastboot, adb, bootloader unlocking, recovery (TWRP and similar) ✅ Understands the difference between KernelSU and Magisk, how modules work, and how to fix bootloops ✅ Basic Linux: terminal, permissions, writing images, ssh ✅ Accuracy — devices are not "bricked" due to haste, steps are recorded

Advantages:

• Raspberry Pi / Orange Pi and similar boards
• Building custom kernels, patching boot.img
• Scripting in bash / Python for automation
• Android emulators and virtual environments

Conditions:

• Work in a comfortable office in Minsk
• Full-time
• Salary: $1500
