We are an international affiliate team in the financial vertical. We work with the Spanish and LATAM markets and are currently actively growing our YouTube Ads direction.
We are looking for an experienced Media Buyer who knows how to work with video advertising, test hypotheses, and scale what truly brings results.
❤️Important: We need a specialist specifically for YouTube Ads. If your primary experience is with Google Search or App Campaigns, this position is not for you.
What you will be doing:
- Launching and scaling ad campaigns in Google Ads with a focus on YouTube.
- Testing different approaches to video creatives, audiences, and ad combinations.
- Preparing technical specifications for video production: coming up with hooks, planning video structure, and ways to keep viewer attention.
- Working with designers and editors on creative development.
- Analyzing campaign results, identifying growth areas, and optimizing spending.
- Working with ad accounts, Keitaro, CRM, and postbacks.
- Monitoring key metrics, conducting analytics, and reporting.
- Participating in the development of the YouTube direction and entering new geos.
What is important to us:
- 3+ years of experience in media buying and practical experience with Google Ads.
- Experience specifically with YouTube Ads: In-Stream, Demand Gen, and other YouTube video ad formats.
- Ability to independently launch and manage campaigns with budgets of $1,000+ per day.
- Experience in the financial vertical or other competitive performance-driven areas.
- Confident use of metrics such as CPM, CPV, VTR, CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, and ROMI.
- Experience with Keitaro, postbacks, and conversion tracking.
- Understanding of Google Ads requirements for advertising financial services and landing pages.
Will be a plus:
Experience with Forex, Trading, Crypto
Experience launching campaigns in Spain and LATAM
Knowledge of Google Ads requirements and verification procedures.
