**A prop trading firm with a fully systematic approach to trading is looking for an Algo Trading Lead. **📈
This is a leadership role at the intersection of trading, quant research, and development. The main task is to lead trading strategies from idea to launch and further production operation. You will need to work with quants and developers to figure out how to implement a trading idea, coordinate the launch, monitor positions, risks, and the performance of strategies in live trading, and step in if something goes wrong.
Generating alpha independently will not be required. However, it is important to have a good understanding of the entire strategy lifecycle, be able to independently evaluate and test trading hypotheses, and ensure the stable operation of strategies in production. 👩💻
The trading infrastructure is proprietary and actively developing, so there is a lot of room for initiative: you can influence how processes are structured, what tools are used, and how work with trading strategies is organized in general.
Who they are looking for: 🔵5+ years of experience in systematic trading at a prop firm, fund, or mid-sized trading company; 🟠experience working closely with quants and developers and understanding the full cycle of launching trading strategies; 🟢strong development skills — the ability to independently test trading hypotheses, analyze data, and evaluate results.
Fully remote work. Salary range: $7–14k base per month + bonuses.
