Requirements: Experience from 4 years in designing and operating scalable, fault-tolerant systems in a production environment. Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) with a focus on cost optimization and reliability assurance. Practical experience with infrastructure (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar). Expertise in working with databases under high load conditions: partitioning, sharding, query optimization, and performance enhancement. Experience with microservice and serverless architectures. Knowledge of RESTful API, version control systems (Git), and experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of best practices for web and mobile application security. Experience with automated testing and CI/CD frameworks. Plus: Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.). Experience supporting global consumer applications. Contribution to open-source projects or DevOps communities. Experience in Data Engineering: building or supporting ETL/ELT pipelines. Experience with SQL and query optimization for analytical tasks. Familiarity with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift. Experience with data orchestration and reliability tools such as Airflow, dbt, or Kafka. Ability to effectively collaborate with analytics and data teams to improve data availability and reliability. English language - B2+ level.
