Requirements for solving these tasks
- Higher technical education
- Knowledge of regulatory documents in the "Telecommunications" industry
- Knowledge of the financial performance indicators of the company and projects, skills in working with (applying) various expense items to form an economically efficient project
- Experience in implementing telecommunication projects for providing fixed communication services at the level of the backbone transport network of telecom operators
- Knowledge of the basics of building SDH and IP/MPLS networks, providing Internet, IP VPN, and VPN L2 services
- Knowledge of the basics of building fiber-optic communication lines (FOCL), organizing radio relay (RR L) channels, WiMax, and other "last mile" channel technologies
- Knowledge of the basics of building telephone networks and providing services, including IP telephony
- Knowledge of the modern telecommunications services market and industry development trends;
- Experience and skills in conducting negotiations with customers to determine the optimal technical solution
- Knowledge of English for reading technical documentation and interacting with foreign partners and customers
- Skills in working with MS Office suite programs as an advanced user (operational preparation of analytical reports, technical references, etc.)
- Ability to work full-time in the office
