📌 What you will do • Develop, support, and scale backend services in Go • Optimize the performance of the current architecture and database operations • Participate in product architecture design with a focus on fault tolerance • Independently decompose large business features into technical tasks for their phased launch

📌 Expectations

Mandatory • Solid proficiency in Golang and commercial development experience with it • Strong foundation in relational databases (MySQL / PostgreSQL): schema design, optimization of heavy queries, indexes • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP) cloud infrastructure • Basic understanding of Python (for reading code and integrating with existing ML/AI scripts) • Iterative approach (Product Mindset): ability to see the business goal behind the code. Ability to launch a working MVP and then systematically improve it, instead of trying to write the "perfect architecture of the year" right away. • Independence and Ownership: willingness to take full responsibility for a feature – from requirement discussion and decomposition to monitoring its release to production. • Adaptability (Agility): the field of artificial intelligence changes every week, the ability to quickly learn, try new approaches, and implement effective technological trends is important. • Systems Thinking: ability to justify technical decisions and explain complex things in simple terms to colleagues (including QA and product managers)

Will be an advantage 1 Experience with asynchronous task processing and queues (RabbitMQ, GCP Pub/Sub) for working with large files 2 Experience with data streaming and media streams (WebSockets, gRPC, FFmpeg) for real-time transcription 3 Experience in building pipelines for integration with LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.) for text post-processing (summarization, call analytics) 4 Caching skills (Redis) and Go code profiling for optimizing cloud resource costs with a tenfold increase in the user base
