• Create and oversee promotional graphics, banners, videos, icons, screenshots, and other visual materials.
• Develop assets for App Store and Google Play.
• Ensure consistency between product and marketing visuals.

Design Leadership

• Lead and develop the design team, focusing on quality, speed, and professional growth.
• Review UI/UX solutions and maintain high design standards across the team.
• Improve the design workflow and adapt processes to changing product and business priorities.
• Establish effective collaboration between Design, Product, Engineering, and other teams.
• Participate in hiring and interviewing designers when required.
• Encourage proactive experimentation and continuous improvement within the design function.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional design experience.
• Proven experience as a Lead Product Designer, Lead UI/UX Designer, Design Team Lead, or in a comparable leadership role.
• Hands-on experience with live, released GameDev products — mandatory.
• Strong preference for experience in mobile GameDev or closely related mobile gaming products.
• Strong UI/UX, visual, and graphic design expertise.
• Experience with mobile application design and prototyping.
• Experience managing and developing a design team.
• Ability to combine hands-on design work with team leadership and design direction.
• Strong understanding of mobile product design and production workflows.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-changing environment and adapt to shifting priorities.
• Proactive mindset and ability to propose, defend, and iterate on design ideas.
• Fluent Russian.

• Experience designing successful mobile games with an established live audience.
