Hello everyone! An international IT company (iGaming) is looking for a junior PSP manager to work in the area of payment system development.
Responsibilities:
- Attraction and support of partners, conducting negotiations and agreeing on terms of cooperation.
- Partner relationship management and daily communication in English.
- Coordination of partner onboarding: interaction with IT, Compliance, and other teams, support of integration and testing.
- Analysis of financial conditions and partner efficiency, participation in the approval of commercial offers and market analysis.
- Coordination of work between partners and internal teams, prompt resolution of complex and non-standard issues.
- Maintaining reporting, monitoring the fulfillment of agreements, and developing long-term cooperation.
- Performing ad-hoc tasks, participating in process improvement, and readiness for prompt communication in critical situations.
Requirements:
- Experience with Payment Service Providers (PSP, payment providers, or payment infrastructure).
- English language — B2: confident written and spoken.
- Willingness to work in the office in Limassol on a 5/2 schedule.
- Good communication skills and ability to build working relationships.
- Attention to detail, organization, and a proactive approach to work.
Working conditions:
