📍**Project Coordinator / Project Manager **

We are developing an online audit service for the customer journey. Our mystery shoppers remotely check websites, online stores, application forms, online chats, and the performance of managers, helping large companies identify problems in the customer experience.

What you will do

• Launch and manage projects in Google Sheets / CRM. • Select mystery shoppers based on project requirements. • Communicate with performers: invite them, send instructions, answer questions, control deadlines. • Check results: screen recordings, screenshots, questionnaires, receipts, and other confirmations. • Control the quality of task completion. • Keep track of statuses, accepted tasks, and payments to performers. • Maintain and develop the base of mystery shoppers. • Identify bottlenecks in processes and improve instructions.

Who we are looking for

You are a good fit if:

• You have experience in operational activities, project coordination, recruitment, support, account management, or related fields; • You love order in tables and processes; • You can calmly handle a large number of parallel tasks; • You can bring people to results without conflicts; • You are attentive to details and do not miss errors; • You are not afraid of manual operational work and communicating with a large number of performers.

It will be a plus:

• Experience working with a distributed performer base (mystery shoppers, interviewers, promoters, couriers, freelancers, etc.); • Proficient in Google Sheets / Excel; • Experience with CRM, Notion, Trello, Airtable, or similar systems.
