The Engineering Platform team owns the frameworks, services, and infrastructure that every product team at Relativity builds on. The team enables scalable software delivery through shared platforms, frontend frameworks, backend services, and cloud infrastructure.
This is a full-stack Staff Software Engineer role with a frontend center of gravity within the Engineering Platform team.
You will own the frontend domain, including the Micro Frontend strategy, platform-owned frontend frameworks, and shared frontend infrastructure, while operating across backend services, APIs, and cloud infrastructure. You will define and evolve architecture end-to-end, from browser experiences to backend services, while raising engineering standards across multiple teams.
Build systems that help customers organize data, discover the truth, and act on it in high-stakes legal matters.
Work on distributed, cloud-native systems that process large volumes of data.
Build with AI, cloud platforms, and scalable architectures shaping legal tech.

This position is eligible for total compensation which includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long-term incentives.
The expected salary range for this role is between following values: 340 000 and 510 000 PLN
The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate's depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity. Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical, to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
