🕹 Responsibilities:
- Team Management: leading a group of testers, task distribution, code review of bug reports, employee mentoring.
- Manual Testing: active participation in testing game projects (you will play yourself and find bugs).
- Product Analysis: checking gameplay, interfaces, mechanics, and user scenarios. Understanding what needs to be checked first after a new build.
- Documentation: finding, fixing, and structuring bug descriptions. Working with project documentation.
- Communication: close interaction with the team.
- Process Development: participation in building and improving testing and quality control processes.
🕹 Candidate Requirements:
- Gamer background: you love games, play them yourself on PC or consoles, and are interested in how development works from the inside.
- Understanding of game dev: you understand basic game mechanics, interface logic, and user experience (UX).
- QA Experience: experience in manual testing (preferably of game projects, but strong candidates from other fields will be considered). Automation experience will be a plus.
- Attention to detail: you notice small bugs, inconsistencies, and unusual game behavior that others might miss.
- Analytical mindset: ability to see patterns, reproduce complex sequences of actions, and find the root cause of a problem.
- Structure: ability to clearly, consistently, and concisely describe found issues in tickets.
- Proactiveness: you don't just follow test cases from instructions, but try to understand the end goal of a feature and look for ways to break it.
- People Management skills: ability to work with a team, provide feedback, resolve minor conflicts, and motivate people.
- Flexibility: readiness to work in a dynamic environment, quickly switch between tasks, and immerse yourself in new contexts.
- Experience Specifics: Practical experience, understanding of game processes, and readiness to work hands-on, not just manage processes remotely, are important to us.
- Language: Russian - primary, English B1-B2.

🕹 Working Conditions:
- Work format: Office or hybrid (probationary period, then hybrid is possible). Remote format is not provided.
- Periodically, team meetings and gaming sessions are held.
- Readiness to relocate independently.
