Project Manager

Hello everyone. I'm looking for a project manager to join my team.

Let's start with the work format. This is not a classic role where you just need to accept tasks and bring them to release. The role is broader: we have a lot of influence on the product and on the final result it delivers.

The project manager leads a separate stream and is responsible not only for the process but also for the final outcome.

What will be involved:

• Formulating requirements for different teams: product, design, development, analytics, marketing.
• Bridging business and IT.
• Delving into implementation details, not staying at the status level.
• Thinking through user scenarios.
• Participating in project economics and sometimes understanding legal nuances.
• Separately — pitching initiatives and defending decisions.

Who I'm looking for:

• A strong middle+ level with potential for growth.
• A person who can independently lead a direction without constant supervision.
• The ability to dig deep, not just move tasks, is important.
• A foundation in product and an understanding of development is needed.
• Plus normal communication skills — to be clear both verbally and in writing.

Some things can be picked up along the way, but the foundation must be solid.

Conditions:

• Almaty city, office, 9:00–18:00, no remote or hybrid work.
• Work in a banking environment with its own specifics and processes.
