Growth Product Manager

We are looking for a Growth Product Manager for the team of Andrew Lipovskiy and Nikita Marinich

We need a product manager who is interested in finding points of exponential growth in the product, formulating hypotheses, and testing them with data. There is a lot of Discovery & Optimization here – we don't expect you to engage in extensive external research. Most hypotheses should arise from analytics, user behavior, and already accumulated data. At the same time, there is room for new ideas – if you see an opportunity to create a new user scenario or direction, we will be happy to test it.

What you will be doing:

• Finding growth points in current user scenarios through product analytics and data
• Formulating and testing product hypotheses
• Working with funnels, conversion, retention, DAU/MAU, LTV, and other product metrics
• Conducting and analyzing A/B tests
• Prioritizing hypotheses based on potential impact and business goals
• Formulating and maintaining a backlog
• Working with stakeholders, design, and development
• Defending your ideas with numbers and arguments and securing resources for their implementation
• Bringing changes to release and evaluating their actual impact on the product

We are looking for a product manager with at least 3 years of experience in a B2C product who:

• can independently find problems and turn them into testable hypotheses
• has a good understanding of product metrics and knows how to work with funnels
• knows the mechanics of A/B testing and can interpret experiment results
• makes data-driven decisions
• can prioritize and focus on what will yield the maximum impact
• doesn't stop at a nice-sounding hypothesis but brings it to a measurable result

It would be great if you are a carsharing user, and also know SQL and can work with AI tools
