Team Lead Media Buying (Popunder / Native)
We are actively developing performance marketing through traffic acquisition from ad networks and direct publishers. The popunder + native segment is already generating stable profits, has established processes, working campaigns, and good volumes.
We are looking for a strong Team Lead to take the segment to the next level: scale volumes, increase profits, and build systematic team operations.
Area of Responsibility:
- Full management of the buyer team (popunder + native)
- Scaling purchase volumes and profits
- Working with popunder funnels and a smartlink approach
- Setting up and monitoring tests, launching new hypotheses
- Close interaction with the optimization department
- Mentoring and developing buyers, controlling KPIs
- Establishing discipline and transparent reporting
- In rare cases, launching campaigns independently
Key Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in media buying / arbitrage
- Serious practical experience with popunder traffic
- Experience with adult verticals
- Knowledge of ad networks (Clickadu, Adsterra, and similar)
- Understanding of smartlink and popunder funnels
- Experience with volumes of $100k+/month ( $500k+ is a strong advantage)
- Experience in scaling campaigns and team management (or a strong senior ready to grow into a lead role)
- Experience in mainstream verticals will be a big plus.
