QA Lead (Enterprise)

☑️ Responsibilities
- Lead several testing teams, prioritize tasks and control their execution
- Participate in planning and estimating the timelines for testing tasks within releases
- Implement metrics for monitoring progress and analyzing results, improving the efficiency of testing teams
- Measure and improve test coverage of requirements with automated tests
- Optimize and improve testing processes
- Participate in the development and professional growth of teams: recruit QA engineers, train and mentor
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience as a QA engineer and at least 3 years in a leadership position
- Deep knowledge of testing types, levels, methodologies
- Planning and linear management skills
- Successful experience in building and implementing testing processes, both manual and automated
- Organizational skills, systematic thinking, analytical skills, attention to detail
