- Technical foundation:
- Understand the mobile application architecture and everything that happens under the hood (API, DB, Colvir, and various integrations);
- Ability to localize problems and independently find the root cause;
- Experience with various tools: Firebase, Amplitude, Android Studio, Xcode, Postman, sniffers, Grafana, Sentry, Graylog, and others. Everything that helps test and find problems;
- Understand the essence, difference, and have practical experience with various types and levels of testing;
- Know and have written test documentation (test scenarios, test plans, test strategies, etc.);
- Understand what test metrics are, what types exist, and why they are needed.
- Approach to work:
- Think and study, don't just "poke around";
- Ability to work at a fast pace when necessary and switch between tasks/projects;
- Ability to independently build the testing process within the team using best testing practices;
- Positive attitude towards innovations and experiments;
- Bring tasks to completion.
- Modern approach:
- Use AI in your work (taking into account information security, of course 😉);
- Constantly study new tools, AI, and practices.
