Vacancy: System Analyst (Remote Banking Services Transfers) Company: Selecty (Recruitment Agency) Format: Remote within the Russian Federation 📍 Employment: Full-time Salary: 💸320,000–360,000 ₽ net (according to the Labor Code) (option for self-employed/individual entrepreneur available) We are looking for a system analyst with experience in fintech and payment services to join our bank team, which is developing the transfers direction in remote banking services. You will be responsible for independently managing product tasks, participating in the development of payment functionality, gathering and analyzing requirements, designing integrations, and describing technical solutions for the development team. The role combines business analysis and system design.

✅ Requirements

• System Analyst experience of 3+ years • Experience in fintech and working with payments is mandatory • Higher technical education • Product development experience • Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements, designing solutions, and documenting implemented functionality • Experience conducting technical interviews and onboarding system analysts • Proficient in BPMN • Skills in creating UML Activity and Sequence diagrams • Understanding of synchronous and asynchronous interaction types • Knowledge of REST principles and experience designing REST services • Skills in analyzing REST requests and responses using Postman or similar tools, as well as the browser console • Knowledge of SOAP and understanding of request and response structures • Experience analyzing SOAP services using SOAP UI or similar tools • Knowledge of XSD and ability to read XSD schemas • Knowledge of ER modeling and data modeling skills • Understanding of the first three normal forms • Knowledge of the differences between relational and non-relational databases • Skills in working with SQL, including JOIN and UNION • Understanding of the differences between identification, authentication, and authorization • Understanding of the differences between encryption and hashing

• Independently manage product tasks within the team • Gather, analyze, and approve requirements with clients and stakeholders • Develop business and system logic for payment scenarios • Design technical solutions and integration interactions between systems • Develop and describe REST and SOAP integrations • Model business processes and interaction scenarios using BPMN and UML • Design data models and prepare SQL queries for data analysis • Prepare technical specifications, detailed specifications, and documentation for developers • Participate in the development of payment functionality for remote banking services • Interact with developers, clients, and adjacent teams • Conduct technical interviews and participate in the onboarding of system analysts
