We are expanding a dedicated team for a long-term project with a client from the UK.

📌 Project: CRM and operational platform for investment companies: funds, banks, payments. Document workflows, financial reporting, communication with investors. Microservices, in production. Project is AI-friendly: processes are being rebuilt for close collaboration with AI tools in development (including Claude Code).

🛠 Stack Java 17+, Spring Boot, AWS, MySQL

✅ Requirements • English B2+ and strong communication skills • Feature ownership — from idea to production • Solid understanding of architectural decision pros/cons • Ability to apply modern development approaches • 5+ years backend, microservices, REST, SQL

📍 Remote From Belarus or relocation to Poland — optional
