Requirements: Over 4 years of experience in designing and operating scalable, fault-tolerant systems in a production environment. Deep knowledge of AWS (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3, CloudWatch, etc.) with a focus on cost optimization and reliability. Hands-on experience with infrastructure (Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar). Expertise in working with databases under high load: partitioning, sharding, query optimization, and performance enhancement. Experience with microservices and serverless architectures. Knowledge of RESTful APIs, version control systems (Git), and experience with Agile methodologies. Knowledge of best security practices for web and mobile applications. Experience with automated testing and CI/CD frameworks. Bonus points: Familiarity with observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Datadog, etc.). Experience supporting global consumer applications. Contribution to open-source projects or involvement in DevOps communities. Experience in Data Engineering: creation or support of ETL/ELT pipelines. Experience with SQL and query optimization for analytical tasks. Familiarity with data warehouses such as BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift. Experience with data orchestration and reliability tools such as Airflow, dbt, or Kafka. Ability to effectively collaborate with analytics and data teams to improve data availability and reliability. English language proficiency B2+.
