Responsibilities:

• Create and develop AI assistants for development and analytics: AI code assistants for development automation, an analyst assistant for accelerating experiments using LLMs.
• Design the architecture of agent solutions and their integration with the platform: determine what remains domain logic and what becomes a reusable platform component.
• Together with the MLOps team, form requirements for platform primitives (Embedding Service, Vector Store, Retrieval/Search API) and integrate them into assistant pipelines.
• Design and develop an agent evaluation system: develop metrics, build simulations, isolated and verifiable evaluation environments.
• Manage the full development cycle: from research and MVP to support and solution development – with analysis of errors and user feedback.
• Research new approaches in AI agent development: agent harness environment, memory, context compaction.

We expect:

• 5+ years of industrial ML development experience, 3+ years of LLM experience.
• Experience in developing AI agents and understanding modern design patterns: memory, planning, agent loops, tool use, structured output.
• Proficiency in Python, ability to write code systematically and bring solutions to production.
• Daily use of AI coding assistants (Codex / Claude Code): understanding their internal workings, limitations, and configured development cycle.
• Experience developing RAG systems: retrieval, chunking, sparse / dense / hybrid search, reranking, agentic retrieval.
• Understanding of ML/DL and NLP fundamentals: quality metrics, embeddings, transformer architecture, LLM inference.
• Knowledge of algorithms and data structures, experience with the stack (FastAPI, Docker, Redis, Postgres, Airflow, vLLM).
