👨 Tech Lead (WebView iOS)

Traffic Force is an international media buying team that creates and promotes products in the most profitable verticals. Our main model is the development and scaling of WebView applications at a very large volume. Our products are efficient tools for attracting and monetizing paid traffic, not complex gaming clients.
🔵 What you will be doing:
- Technical leadership and full-cycle development of WebView-oriented iOS applications.
- Managing a team of iOS developers (from 5 people): task distribution, quality control, code review, mentoring.
- Architecture and optimization of hybrid applications (WKWebView) with focus on loading speed, stability of content operation, and interaction between native code and web interface.
- Deep integration with attribution systems (AppsFlyer) for precise tracking of installations, registrations, and deposits initiated from web content.
- Writing and maintaining technical documentation, conducting knowledge transfer sessions, and sharing expertise within the team.
- Close collaboration with marketers and web developers to ensure a seamless user journey from advertisement to conversion within the application.
🔵 What we expect from you (required):
- Practical experience in developing specifically WebView applications for iOS — the decisive requirement.
- Deep experience with hybrid applications (WKWebView), including performance optimization, navigation handling, and communication between JS and native code (WebKit, Message Handlers).
- Experience managing a team of developers (from 3 people).
- Practical experience integrating with AppsFlyer for attributing events in a WebView environment.
- Experience writing high-quality technical documentation.
- Preparedness to provide contacts for references from previous leadership.
🔵 The ideal candidate (will be a big plus):
- Understanding the specifics of paid traffic and skills in optimizing an application for its characteristics (fast launch, minimal size, deep links).
- Experience automating build and publication processes for a large number of similar applications (app factory).
