An international PSP startup operating in the EEA market and with high-risk verticals is looking for a reconciliation specialist for daily control and reconciliation of payment flows.

What you will do: • Reconcile platform data with provider and acquirer statements. • Analyze discrepancies in amounts, fees, and transaction statuses. • Monitor pending transactions, balances, fees, and reserves. • Interact with PSP, acquirers, Treasury, and Finance.

Who we are looking for: • 1–2+ years of experience in reconciliation, payment operations, PSP, fintech, or banking back office. • Proficient Excel and experience working with large datasets. • Understanding of payment processes and transaction lifecycle. • English for documentation and business correspondence.
