THE ROLE

We're looking for a rock-start enterprise software experienced Product Manager to work on the NitroOS platform. You'll work at the intersection of AI, heavy industries and business operations to define what we build, how it evolves, and how it scales aligned to the vision. This is not a feature factory role. You'll be making architecture-level product decisions that shape how Fortune 100 companies adopt AI in their operations.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own the platform product roadmap — prioritize features, define milestones, and drive from PRD through GA release
• Write detailed PRDs with acceptance criteria, success metrics, and technical constraints, collaborating closely with engineering and design
• Translate customer deployment learnings into platform capabilities — identify patterns across customers and abstract them into reusable platform features
• Define and track product KPIs: adoption, engagement, time-to-value, feature utilization across modules (AI assistant, customer UI, intelligence graph, agent workflows)
• Run feature prioritization, sprint planning and backlog grooming with core engineering, ensuring delivery stays aligned to deliverable milestones
• Partner with the engineering stakeholders on platform architecture decisions — understanding trade-offs between customer-specific customization and platform scalability
• Conduct competitive analysis against industrial AI platforms and inform product positioning
