DWH Analyst / PVR Implementation (Senior)

We are looking for an experienced DWH analyst for a banking project to implement PVR (approach to determining credit risk)!

About the project: Calculation of credit risk for the Bank's loan portfolio of claims to corporate borrowers and securities based on internal ratings (Bank of Russia Regulation 483-P) and in accordance with Instruction 199-I. Management reporting on PVR RWA, factor and portfolio analysis, RWA optimization, functionality for test hypothesis calculations.

Mandatory requirements:

• Higher education in natural sciences, technical, or economics
• Experience in DWH implementation/development projects and/or Data Lake for at least 3 years
• Deep knowledge of SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL), complex queries, reading PL/SQL
• Experience in designing DB objects on all layers, understanding DWH architecture
• Skills in describing data loading flows (Source2Target, Technical Specification, FSD)
• Experience working with business stakeholders and clarifying business requirements
• Experience managing a team of 2+ people, mentoring
• Experience in approving FSD and conducting Code Reviews
• Understanding of PMI and PSI
• Experience with Jira
• At least 5 years of experience in FinTech within a DWH team
• Banking experience — mandatory!

Will be a plus:

• Knowledge of principles for building regulatory reports
• Understanding of PD, LGD, EAD, EL
• Experience with ETL tools (preferably Informatica PowerCenter)
