Currently, We are inviting BI Analysts to the Sales Development Department. For more successful adaptation, the first six months will be office-based, followed by a transition to a hybrid model (2-3 days per week remotely).
Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, supporting, and modernizing reports
- Automating report generation
- Maintaining and updating report documentation
- Gathering and formalizing business requirements for reporting: identifying needs, coordinating priorities, preparing technical specifications
- Assigning tasks to the IT department for refining and creating data marts, monitoring implementation
- Controlling the quality of input data
- Preparing descriptive statistics
- Interacting with Company departments: Sales Department (main internal customer), HR Directorate; Finance Department, Marketing Directorate
Requirements:
- Higher education
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Proficiency in BI tools: Power BI (main tool you will work with); Apache Superset (will be an advantage)
- Proficiency in SQL, MDX, DAX, M-Query
- Advanced level of Microsoft Excel
- Application of ETL tools
- Knowledge of business functional areas: sales (mandatory understanding of functional processes in this area), as well as finance, HR, marketing, production, and logistics as an advantage
