Responsibilities
What you will do:
- make calls to potential clients with the aim of attracting them to SberPerwy (SberFirst) for service;
- maintain the target conversion rate from call to marked client;
- conduct presentations of products and services from the premium line;
- ensure stable fulfillment of planned performance indicators;
- perform tasks within the channel's service model;
- interact with subsidiary structures, departments, and partners of Sber to provide comprehensive customer support.
Requirements
We expect that you:
- are a specialist with a higher education in finance, economics, or banking
- have skills in cold calling, sales, consulting, and client management
- know models, standards, and technologies for servicing and selling banking products
- are willing to use AI in daily work (company-funded training — our own courses are available)
