This is the heart of customer communications: chats, calls, emails, and mailings pass through the system. Several thousand sales and support managers use it as their primary tool every day. The team's task is to make their work as efficient and automated as possible.

What you will be doing:

• Integration with YandexGPT: Together with the AI team, we are looking for ways to optimize operator routine: we prepare data, build metrics, and integrate smart assistants into processes.
• Working with telephony: We integrate the telephony service with CRM, ensuring fast and high-quality processing of real-time calls.
• Migration to a new platform: We are growing and building a new, more powerful platform (Kotlin, PostgreSQL). Your task is to help with the transition, establish the coexistence of the two systems, and develop new features.

We are looking for a candidate who:

• ✔️ Is proficient in C#
• ✔️ Knows SQL and has experience with relational databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL)
• ✔️ Is attentive to detail and approaches work responsibly
