AI Engineer

About the Role

We are seeking an AI Engineer to join our team, focusing on developing and maintaining agentic systems using LangGraph and OpenAI SDK. This role requires experience in capital markets and data platforms common in banking environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain agentic systems using LangGraph and OpenAI SDK
• Implement agent-to-agent communication and multi-agent coordination
• Utilize MCP-based state management and workflow orchestration
• Integrate solutions into user-facing banking applications
• Ensure compliance with banking regulatory frameworks

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in AI and machine learning
• Familiarity with treasury, rates, FX, credit, or derivatives workflows
• Basic knowledge of ML concepts and statistics
• Exposure to MDM, data mesh, Snowflake, or similar data platforms
• Experience with frontend frameworks or API development (Node.js, React.js)
• Familiarity with banking regulatory frameworks (FRTB, MiFID II, BCBS, GDPR)
